Good question.
Short answer:
I'm scared.
Long answer:
I worry about unknown (and some known) compatibility issues with older systems.
When 5.60 was released, I eagerly downloaded it, opened some existing 5.15 stations and made the mistake of pressing Save. Without warning, I had just screwed my 5.15 stations from ever working in 5.15 again.
This lack of respect for backward compatibility (or at least warning the user with a popup message) and the many bugs of 5.60 has scared me off of being treated like a beta tester with ABB's newest software. RS 5.60, 5.61, 5.61.02, and 6.00 all released within a year is fine, but unreasonable to expect users not to be a little cautious.
And, none of this mentions the fact that I now don't have a clue what RobotWare to trust and take the time to load on existing controllers -- when a major bug might be discovered today and a new version may come out tomorrow.
