No Valid Configurations/Target out of reach

Hello,

I am fairly new to RobotStudio. I looked for some answers already but couldn't really find what I was looking for so I will just explain my situation. I am trying to create some targets by clicking the down arrow on "Target" and clicking "Create Target."


Once I have my targets using this method, I try to configure the targets and I get an error saying "Targets are out of reach" or "No valid configurations found." My configuration dialog box looks completely blank like this:



The targets are perfectly within reach because I can manually jog the robot to them, so that isn't the problem. It won't let me view the "tool" at target. When I try to go into "Modify External Axis," it won't let me click on the arrows or anything in that dialog box. Any ideas on what I need to do in order to get some configurations to show up?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Looks like your targets might be flipped -- try rotating so Z points down and see if the robot can reach.
