RobotStudio STEP and CATIA CAD Converters not importing

We have a number of users who are all having issues on several different versions of RobotStudio including 6.02.01, 6.05, and 6.05.01 with importing STEP files or Catia files.  We have both people on network licenses and nodelocked licenses which have these converter options and they noticed that they stopped working a couple of weeks ago.  Is there something wrong with our licenses, our RobotStudio load, or did Catia get updated with something that interferes with RobotStudio's ability to import their files?   The files are not corrupt, and we have tested with multiple files, old and new, and simple newly created shapes.    Any help would be appreciated.  I can send the RobotStudio Support files if needed.
