Nominal Measurements with Navigator

Is there any way to show negative vs positive nominal measurements using Navigator? Taking nominal measurements in +/- Z of the wobj and of the laser spot finding tool. When navigator logs the measurement it is always a positive value when we know that is in a negative direction in relation to the approach point. I tried to use CRobT after "Measure_1D" instruction but that records the position the robot retracts to after Measure_1D.

    Or is positive nominal distance the only output for navigator?
