    I have been chasing that ghost for years.  You have probably read some of the papers published, like I have.  But that is the only place I have found it as well.  Good luck, please let me know if you succeed where I have not.

    Hi, I have contacted the author. They said it is an internal software which can not be shared. Do you know if there are commericial variants which we can buy? Thanks, Shuang
