[RS Dev Center] RobotStudio API Reference link doesn't work

Hello,

When we navigate from Developer Center to get RobotStudio API Reference we get this error:

<Error><Code>BlobNotFound</Code><Message>The specified blob does not exist.<br>RequestId:2c048e79-101e-00c0-1287-d9da8a000000<br>Time:2019-03-13T10:29:02.3407569Z</Message></Error>

The good blob number should be:

5cf719aa-195b-8205-dd26-5dcfa131aeac
