IRC5 CONTROLLER always in restart

IRB1200 with IRC5 controller
When starting up, CONTROLLER always in restart
the pendant prompts:
Errot （deployappl will restart）
 'mishandled exception in tryconnectthread'
how to fix it? Thanks.
