Pickmaster 3. Setting up a Predefined position source

I'm trying to convert a vision source type to a predefined source type inside of pickmaster 3 on my out feed conveyor (place).    Pickmaster does not generate any containers despite the conveyor running for several meters.  I believe I have it configured to generate a new container every 700 mm. 

 If I configure it for a Vision source type, it works fine. 


We have a flex picker IRB 360 with pickmaster 3.54.0021


If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.
