Robot axes configuration means one of your targets has an incorrect configuration, example one of the robot axis makes a movement of more then 90 degrees. You may double click this message to see what axis is causing the problem. Step through all your targets and find out which is causing your error.
The robot simply stops if it encounters a configuration problem, I think the stop occurs up to 5 targets ahead of the problem.
Program pointer lost is nothing to worry about, simply means the robot does not have its program pointer set to any program line in any module.
