SM 5.12.02 does not work

Hello,
After uninstalling all the previous versions and installing the new version of screen maker I get this error if i want to run it.

You can try this :Uninstall any existing version of Robot Application Builder.Install released version of Robot Application Builder 5.12.02.And then launch ScreenMaker.0 -

the current ScreenMaker 5.12.02 and RobotStudio 5.12.03 does not work (RAB 5.12.02 is installed).
The building and deploying works fine, but the virtual flexpendant gives errors:

when i try to create a new system based on a template (with the FlexPendant Interface option), i get this error message (tried different manipulators):
