Does anyone know if you can use a space ball in RS? If so, how do you configure it?

    Hello,
    Yes, RobotStudio supports all USB space mouses from 3Dconnexion. No special configuration is necessary.

    Mine is not working. It works in my catia v5 session, but not in RS

    Please clarify which version of product supports the 3d Connexion mouse systems and by what manner it supports them.  

    RW5.11 seems to include this indication on release notes , but not in prior version RS5.10.

     

    Has the support been introduced in the ability to SDK or script use  or has the item been developed into the application for use.

     

    Question based on lack of indicated support for RobotStudio application in name on the mouse manufacturer 3d connexion site.

    I have went to the 3d connexion website and downloaded the latest driver for my device and it now works.
