RS 513 RobApi exception

I recently upgraded my RS from 512 to 513 and ran the 513 patch. Now when I create new stations using existing sytems I get this error. I dont understand the error and I'm not sure how to fix it.

    Are you able to create new systems, e.g. template systems?

    Are you able to add the the above system to a new station (add existing system)? (Not according to your description).
     

    Have you tried different RW versions?

    Are you still able to start the system in RS 5.12? (5.12 and 5.13 can be installed side-by-side)?
