you need the geometry in one layer, and bending lines in another layer.
the shape of your object should be flat (2D) and not 3D
you can define the thickness on bending powerpack after.
when you load first time the product, it claims that the layer have not been defined.
Just need to choose them on "cut profile" and "bending line" and do "import again last product.

The DXF file should be saved as ascaii format instead of binary. The default layer names is "CUTPROFILE" and "BENDINGLINE". Otherwise you should specify the layer names.0
