About Online programming in RS 5.13

Good afternoon, from singapore, I am a fresh man of ABB software.
My question is after I connected the robot and requested write access, when I want to run the program, why it showed "The operation is not allowed in cureent operation mode. Please change to Auto mode..."
where could I change the mode?
By the way, is there any menu about the RS Online and programming for self learning.

you have to turn the key in front of the controller to get the robot in automode.Best Regards
