Testing Tpsview in RS5.0

Hello,

 

I'm trying to test my TpsView application on Robotstudio 5.0, but I get an error message when I try to overwrite the dll's with the new version. I have to shut down RS in order to be able to overwrite, and the restart RS. There must be a better way: can anyone help me on this?

    Hi Jan-Jaap
    The reason for this is that if the Virtual FlexPendant is running it has locked all your GTPU app's (dll's) so to be able to overwrite a dll you need to shutdown the Virtual GTPU. If you aren't sure if it's running take a look in the windows taskmanager to see if it's running (you can also end the process from here)
