Creating System from Backup

Hi there,
I have a Problem to create a System from a Backup.
There will be an Error Message.
I try to translate to English!
"The Additional Option 3HEA-016-64939 doesnt exist in the Mediapool.
From this Backup it is not possible to create a System."
My RobotStudio Version is 5.14.01 SP1, Version 5.14.4383.1032.
How can i create this System
