RS Minimal Enhancement: Cleanup ribbon

I guess that ScreenMaker, Go Offline and Online Monitor is not usable in RS-Minimal?
If this i true they can be removed from ribbon.

    And then the "Request Write Access", "Release Write Access" and "Backup" that is used frequent can be "full" size.
