in RobotStudio
my trial period expired long ago with 5.12. I've tried upgrading to 5.13.01 with no success. Now I try to upgrade to 5.13.02 and I get the same message. I cannot even get to the point of entering my serial number. Is there a way to clean my PC completely of previous installs?

Where can I download a trial version 5:12 or 5:13.
