AWPP 5.14.03 Bug [ArcWelding PowerPac]

ArcWeld -> Templates -> Tool Properties doesn't seen to be working correctly.  It prevents the user from clicking on geometry within the virtual station.

    Development team also just noticed it and has fixed it. It will be in the next release with other  amendments.
