Connecting Smartcomponent Sensorline to ext. axis

in RobotStudio
Hi,
I've been new to the robotstudio software. I've already accomplished to create a tool (gripper) that can close and open. De gripper does also attaches a box, using a sensorline that commands the attachment event. The sensorline is positioned in the center of the gripper.
Is it posibble to mount a sensorline on a moving part of the gripper? So that the sensorline moves exactly with the opening and closing of the gripper.
Kind regards,
Kind regards,

Hi,Yes, you can attach the sensor to that link in the gripper that should move the sensoer. To attach the sensor, drag and drop the sensor in the Layout browser to that link.
