Virtual FlexPendant

I recently migrated from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 64 Bit machine. I am currently having trouble with the Virtual FlexPendant. When opened, where normally the screen (touchscreen on real flexpendant) shows up is just a white window. Is this a driver thing or does it have something to do with the fact I created the RobotStudio file in XP and copied it to 7?

    Quick update. This only happens when I use a system I created on my Windows XP machine. A new system created on my Windows 7 machine works just fine.

    Hi,
    You should never copy a system from one folder to another. The only way to move systems is with "Pack and Go" and "Unpack and Work". So that is the reason to your problem with the FlexPendant.

    Thanks for the response! I just did the Pack and Go thing and it is working now. Live and learn I guess!
