Hello there.
Last weakend we had the power supllie go on and off very often due to a storm.
The result was that some how the robot went kinda safety mode.
Everything we try to do gives an error message: "You are not allowed to perform this operation, talk to your system administrator if you need access."
I went on RobotStudio online and i can only request write acess wen i turn the key to automatic, and i cant use EDIT USER ACCOUNTS Confused
Then i try grants view and i saw that the default user (the only user i have) only have a few permissions, move pp to main, start and stop.
I tried to delete the RobVc folder on the Pc but still no good, cant acess edit user accounts.
Anyone have any ideas how to put robot back to normal plz?
