Hello every one !
the 620-1 option (Serial handling, and RS232 handling) is not installed on my IRC5 single cabinet, Do I have to buy it ? or could I download the option key somewhere-else ?
I'm on RobotWare 5.07.01
best regards
Jérémie

Hello,
In the past this was an option, if you upgrade your robotware to the latest one, serial handling is included so you dont have to change your key.

Yes the technical support tell me to upgrade RobotWare , I did it , but unfortunatly my flexpendant tell me now:"Axis Computer not found"Do you think its a common issue ?Thank you for your previous answer !Jérémie0 -
Yes, solved by upgrading to RobotWare 5.12 , the option is free on this RobotWare Version.
Note: RobotWare 5.15 gave me an error, dont know why, because my controller is hardware-compatible.0
