my robotstudio rapid program doesn't work properly on the robot

we have an abb robot IRB 2600, i have created the file system, work object and tool data according to the flex pendant backup files and system parameters data but it keeps move in a different directions than i made by robot studio, what i miss or how could i fix this situation???

    If you have moved your robot with for example "Set Position" in RobotStudio maybe your Task Frame and/or Base Frame have become wrong. Verify that the Base Frame values in the Virtual Controller are the same as in your real robot.
    If the Base Frame is zero (X,Y,Z=0,0,0 and Q1-Q4=1,0,0,0) in the Virtual Controller (system) wobj0 should be placed in the robot foot in RobotStudio.

  • both are the same !
    as well i have made targets attached to the work object, and move the work object in diffrenet ways and the rapid program keep with the same value!
