speeddata in Multimove systems

Hi,

We have 2 IRB 4600s being controlled using the Multimove. For the same declared speed (e.g. CONST speeddata DispenseSpeed :=[250,500,5000,1000] ) the 2 robots move at notably different linear speeds in Auto Mode (the % speed setting on the teach pendant is the same) 

Is there some internal setting in the configuration that needs to be set/changed?

  • Hi,

    In multimove with synchronized motion, the robots will reach the programmed positions the same time.

    If your robots have different distance to go, the speed will change. One robot will have slower speed than programmed.
