need urgent help with IRC5P / IRB580

HI

Im dealing with irc5p with irb580 ex eddition with IPS
i did some mistake with downloading the new system builder to controller , using the key which i found on dvd that provides with a robot.
after downloading , the controller rebooted , now the controller tryng to  detect  IPS Server , it looks that the configuration changed . how can i solve the problem?
i cnot enter to the main menue on pendunt ... its starts with "detecting ips server" .

i canot connect to the controller with Robotstudio, it blocked ..
i tried to do recovery with backup from system builder. but til the controller stuck on" detecting IPS server"  i cannot connect to conntroller from the robotstudio.

how can i restore the settings to preveous state , before i dowloaded the system builder?

    Mediapool is inside of controller, thats possible access using FTP.
    Or in your DVD exist one folder with this media pool, copy and paste inside of C:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\Mediapool, and can you try create new system normally.
