value range of cpm for conveyor tracking

What is the value range of the fieldbus command cpm?

I want to assign 62432, but I get the error: 71515 - Device command send error.

    From the conveyor tracking manual the range is 5000 to 10 000 for linear conveyors.

  • As I understand the manual, the value should be in the range of 5000 - 10000 not that it is the limit.. I can get the robot to accepts up to 50 000. But I guess that It is the limit then?
  • You should  change your encoder (or what ever sensor you are using) to give less pulses  per revolution, then you will be within the range.
  • I kind of get that. But I would still like to know the actual range, so I'm able to calculate how many pulses my encodes is allowed to give.
