Problems with Unpacking and work!!!!

Hello,  I'm trying to open some .spag files, but the system shows me a message which says that the selected file is not a "pack and work" file.


 
Anyone have any idea why it happens????

    Hi,

    The file could be corrupt. If you rename it to .zip, can you open it in a zip tool?

    I've used winrar and the file is ok. Actually all pack & work files are showing the same problem.

    Is the file packed on the same version of robot studio as where you want it to be unpacked?

    Some packages yes, others no. But I have installed several versions of robotwares.
