When I try to use any of the wizards; i.e. Frame wizard, TCP wizard, Mirroring wizard, ProgramMaker generates the following error

Program contains link-error

TCP Adjust not possible

TCPWizard closing

Is there an add-on that I'm missing? I something configured incorrectly?

    When do you get the error message, during startup or when executing the wizard?
