Filter Active on Simulated Signals

Does anybody know if Filter Active and Filter Passive not working on simulated signals is a bug with 6.03 baseware?  No matter what I set the value to on Filter Active "5000" the signal comes on immediately no delay.  I am seeing the same results in RobotStudio as well.

    it is not possible to use a filter for simulated signals.
