ABB RobotApps: Rejected by Approver

Hello,
How can I know why a upload is Rejected by Approver?
I've upload this one who is approved:

But this one not:
https://robotapps.robotstudio.com/Details.aspx?fileId=d8889e04-8649-44ee-8e74-c95a09f75589
They are similarly the same, only one to link with DIO and other with GIO.
May be good to send mail to notice. So I can explain the mistake.

Im not in charge of the site but it would be possible to add reject reason in the description.
