RobotStudi 6.00.01 Error

I installed RobotStudio 6.00.01 version in my laptop and when I tried to create a new project, appears the following error:

 Product installation is failed for new system creation No se pueden convertir los bytes [F3] del índice 0 de la página de código especificada a Unicode.

Can you help me with it?

I do not know if it is because I made a wrong installation or any other thing.

    Hi Carme,

    This is normally caused by a "special" character such as "'é","ä","å","ó"... in the windows user name, VC system name or directory name.
