irc5 supply error on i/o module

Hi
i m facing a problem in irc5 controller, "devicenet bus failure error " is displayed in the log.
there is no 24v at the end of DNet card but the HLT led of DNet card is green also "Comm" led is off. 
24 v supply is also not present across pin 1 and 5 of DNet connector.
communication cable is ok.
and no led is glowing on the i/o module.
any help please.

    Is this a new installation or has it being running and now has this fault?

    The DeviceNet needs to be connected to 24 VDC - pin 1 = 0 V and pin 5 = 24 V.

    COMM LED is indicating not communicating on the network - have you setup the board in the EIO config file?

    You need to have 24V power first on device net network pin 1 & 5. Also It is recommended to provide as much information as possible to get an better reply.
