Installation Robot Studio 6.05.02 SP1

I try to install Robot Studio 6.05.02 SP1 but it failed showing an Error that Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 can't be found. I tried to install that manually, but the installation still fails.

Any suggestions how to proceed?
