SafeMove2 Problem Configuration

I'm having trouble to setting up SafeMove2. I make the whole setup normally in the robot studio, transfer the configuration to the controller and confirm with yes for the controller restart.
After it is restarted i validate and lock the configuration, but the message "empty configuration" appears in the events and in Safe Move Visualizer it shows me an error as if the configuration had not been performed.

    Try saving the configuration file to disk from Visual SafeMove and compare with the one on the controller. I don't remember the exact path to the file on the controller, but something like the following
    <system>/INTERNAL/options/SC/sc_cfg.xml

    You can use the file compare tool of the RAPID tab to check for any differences.
