Problem starting the Virtual Controller

Hi all,
I just ran Robot Studio today and I got this error:
Exception: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) 09/01/2018 16:57:19 General
I looked at this discussion "https://forums.robotstudio.com/discussion/10367/hresult-0x80070005-e-accessdenied-while-trying-to-connect-to-controller" and tried most of the solutions but none worked.
Has anyone solved this issue.

I have the same issue. I am desperate.
I have Windows 10 64bits and I have installed RobotStudio 6.06
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I thought so, as the update was the only thing that could have changed my settings in the past few days.

Windows security updates again in March 2020 made the communication problem with the controller. I uninstalled the recent Windows update and RobotStudio is working!
