When  i try to create System from backup i get error  "Additional Option 3HEA-005-100143 not in MediaPool"!?
What is 3HEA-005-100143 and from where can i get it?

    Options
    Hi, your system should be a Robotware version 5.X. In this version, additional options are a folder that can be found in your hd0A disk controller.
    So you have to have a copy of that folder in your pc.
    If you don't have that copy, you can take from  from controller,Then you have to copy to your mediapool folder into your pc, using Import options under Instalation manager menu,
