Hello,

I have a robot with IRB 1400 M2004 AND IRC5 M2004, THE Flex pendant is ON boot loader screen. I am not having any program backup to boot the flex pendant.
can i get the program backup for the above controller.

    Create a system in RobotStudio > Controller tab > Installation Manager > System Builder and create boot media to put on a USB stick or download directly through the service port.

    try to connect with totalCommander or check with card reader if there is any backup in the memory . if there are only booting files, try the local ABB if there have any in the archive , or they can provide to you the install keys with which you can build up a new system... empty one
