Robots stopping without apparent reason

Hi group,

my name is Juanjo and since two years ago I'm working with ABB robots. We have an issue with the robots since we installed the first equipment but we have not found the root cause neither the solution. Maybe some of you has seen or experienced it and can help me.

This is the issue: The Robots are working correctly and suddenly they stop working. When we check the log entries we only have the following lines.

935 08/23/17 21:28:33 04_PA_FC_48 Status 8193 [Robot1] Robot running

937 08/24/17 00:14:20 04_PA_FC_48 Error 8199 [Controller1] (20054) Not allowed command. The command is NOT allowed when the program is executing.
938 08/24/17 00:24:26 04_PA_FC_48 Error 8199 [Controller1] (20054) Not allowed command. The command is NOT allowed when the program is executing.
939 08/24/17 00:37:33 04_PA_FC_48 Status 8207 [Robot1] Robot stopping...
940 08/24/17 00:37:33 04_PA_FC_48 Status 8207 [Robot2] Robot stopping...
941 08/24/17 00:37:39 04_PA_FC_48 Status 8194 [Robot1] Robot stopped

If some of you has some information about what could be happening and/or how to solve please tell me.

    What events, if any, are in your other logs?  System, etc.,

    Hi Lemster68, thanks for reply.

    Related to other events, the attached ones are the only ones I can see in the system. In fact, when robots going to "frozen" status the production line is not receiving the information and at the end it stops due to jams in the reject pusher.

    At the end, this issue is like when you press stop button but in this case the entire line production receives the Stop signal and the Line stop is controlled.

    So far, the only way I found in order to reproduce the issue is changing the time at the computer but in this case before the stop I receive an error in the log due to robot position lost.
