IRB 120 for PCB pick and place?

Hello,
There are purpose-built pick and place machine for PCB assembly, but good ones are quite costly and are only needed for large volume assembly. Since robots are so versatile, I consider use them to assist this work.
I looked at some smaller robots, for example, IRB 120 has AP of 0.01mm and RT around 0.1mm, which is quite good for most IC components, and its range is long enough for placing them on the PCB board.
It might took some time programming them, but probably it worth trying. Has ABB ever done this before? Do you recommend doing that?
