eio.cfg: Convert from S4C to IRC5

Hi all,
Is there any tool available to make a conversion of the eio.cfg from S4C to IRC5? Of course, there is the manual way but it would be nice with a quick tool, just for importing and testing of an old S4C in RS 5.
