[wish] Visual SafeMove MTZ Import: Have a value for Top and Bottom

Hello,
When you import values form RAPID in MTZ, you have to update each time Top and Bottom ones, as they are set to default 1000,0.
Would be great if it can read num nMTZ_Set_1_Top and nMTZ_Set_1_Bot.
Or at least let older values.

    OK, It's only do that if all target have 0 to Z. Else take higher and lower values.
