Targets disappear after an unsuccessful attempt to Cut-Paste

Hello,
It seems that Cut-Paste functionality of Paths&Targets has a small issue with pasting Targets to workobjects/other targets. Whenever I try to paste a previously cut target into other target/workobject an error "Move target to workobject failed." (see img) is generated and the original target is erased from its location. 

I did not find this issue to be reported previously, but, apparently, RS versions 6.06 - 6.08 has it.

    When moving or copying are target between workobjects you should right click and use the move to workobject or copy to workobject option.
