Slowing robot movement speed

hey everyone, i have my trap routine working now i wonder if there is such code that slows robot movement speed for a time being.. speedrefresh() overrides current movement speed right? Is there something to be added that would do so but for a time that i would set

    Can't think of a standard instruction - but could do it with an ITimer interrupt.
