Create System from Layout Failure

I have found a bug with RobotStudio software Version 6.08.01 when I try and create a system from layout and I choose a folder for the system that has " ' " in the name like David's and try and create system it fails with a error.

  I have confirmed that this is a problem in RobotStudio 2019.2 as well
