The Minimum Distance Measurement feature in RobotStudio 5.07.01 is limited to Part <-> Part measurements. The attached addin silently enables Minimum Distance measurements also between Target <-> Part. Just put it in the Addins folder (../Program Files/../RobotStudio/Bin/Addins), restart RS, and the Minimum Distance toolbar button will be replaced.

This fix will be included in RobotStudio 5.08.
