Reset rapid variable at reboot

Hi,
i ask to the operator to input a number at the begin of the day, this value should be used all day long so i used PERS, because VAR are reset every program launch.
Unfortunately i need to reset this value when, in the morning, i turn on my controllers.
Is there a proc that is called only at boot time ? or any other way to achieve this ?
