[Improvement] Mechanism Jog/ Mechanism Linear Jog windows for Robots should stay open

I could work faster, if the jogging windows would stay open. I need them very often.

Something like this, that stays in foreground would be very useful:

  You can tear off the jogging windows and they stay in the foreground plus you can drag them to where they will be out of the way.
