Robotstudio error, license deactivation, cannot enter the license store

Good day.

I had this problem with the Robotstudio software version 7.0.8504.0151 shortly after the license activation and I cannot find an exact solution for this problem.

Previously in the activation of the license the software worked fine, but suddenly the error window is displayed and the license is disabled, but it does not let me activate it again. I already restored my computer as a last resort to solve the problem, but in spite of that the problem arose again.
I hope you can help me.

    I had the same issue with RS2019.1, with RS2019.3 it worked again.

    2019.4 will have some improvements with regards to this. In particular it will no longer fail without any error message which was quite confusing.
    Also, existing licenses will be copied to the new storage so there is a chance you don't have to re-activate them.
