there was a problem when starting the virtual controller

Hello, can someone help me with an issue I have when I create a 'Solution with station and  virtual controller' I get an error as shown in the image.

  Try to download the latest version of robotstudio and see if that solves your issue.

  Hi, unfortunately this is the latest version. I tried deleting it and putting it back again, but still doesn't work.
